AIS: COMPUTER: club sales, web photos?

We had our best rhizome sale in years yesterday.  We combined with the
daylily folks and had a good turnout.  I printed up a page with borrowed
web photos for a few cultivars from the Argyle Acres site, adding their
address/logo etc at the bottom (with their permission, admittedly after
the fact).  Those sold first, & folks were asking for them the rest of
the afternoon, even though we had stacks of Schreiner and Cooley
catalogs. I think I got the idea from this list last year - thanks to
whoever suggested it.

I tried to do the same with pix from the Cooley's site.  Judy from
Cooley's says she can copy them as .jpg files and paste into Word
Perfect with no problem.  My Word Perfect 6.0 can't read .jpg files, so
I've been opening .jpg files with PC PaintBrush, then saving them in
another format (.bmp), which works fine for other files.  However, when
I try to open the Cooley's .jpg files, PC PaintBrush says "file access
error".  Anybody have ideas of what might be the problem and whether I
can fix it by changing a setting or something?  I'm working from
Netscape Navigator 3.01, Windows 3.x.
