Don't know about fresh seeds yet. All I've ever tried had been dried.
Doesn't look like these things waste much time blooming, so even from dried seed, it shouldn't be too long a wait..... or you could talk to me about adopting one of the ones I've got. :)
Looks like I'll be short on space again. Tiny baby Siberians are popping up all over from last fall's plantings!
