CULT: Seed Pods

Hi all,
I have a question. Someone knocked over one of my TB flower stalks with two
seed pods. They had started to yellow a little, but were not brown. Is
there any special care I should give these pods to have viable seeds. I am
hoping I'll still get seeds I can use. Are they mature when they start to
yellow? I haven't hybridized before this year so I am a bit nervous. Any
hints would be greatly appreciate.
