Dennis, I transplant them up into larger pots several times. That is, about
now I'd be putting those pseuds in a gallon pot with some fine friable
mix.Water them in with a little Upstart and keep them moist, then stand back.
If the roots crawl out the bottom of that pot before early fall, pot them up
again. Watch out for the yellow tips of the roots which are the signs that it
is in active growth. Don't knock them off. Then in early fall before the
rains come and well before the first frost put them into the ground, unless
you want to hold them in a cold frame.

With the other stuff just keep potting them up untill you think they can make
it on their own. They enjoy being potted up and respond nicely with a little
growth spurt. Then put them into the ground in time for them to get settled
in. And you gotta watch for sluggies if you got them, and sometimes grazing
cats. But if you get some size on the seedlings before making them take the
real word they will do better. Remember Anner's seed rule: Mother Nature has
lots of seedlings and can afford to loose some; you have only a few and can't.
