Hi Michelle,

I can already see that you will be digging more beds.  The more catalogues
you get, the more you order.  I think that we had about the same number of
irises our first year.  (I think our daughter Emily was about one year old
too -- she's nine now.)  We have now run out of garden space and also have a
four-year boy who has been known to whack the tops of flowers with sticks
(only tulips so far).

The Zebra Gardens catalogue is a wonderful read.  The Kaspareks have a great
sense of humour.  While most of the introductions so far are Brad's, Kathy
has also introduced a few, e.g., HOTDOGS and MUSTARD.  Kathy is also an avid
floral arranger.  And as Kathy says, Brad needs photography lessons.  The
majority of the pictures do not do the iris justice.

Have fun poring over catalogues.  They're great for re-reading during the
winter months.
