Yes to the question has anyone heard of stirring the soil around rebloomers
to promote their activity --- At least 30 years ago it was suggested that
the rebloomer plant benefited from "being disturbed" - even if you couldn't
move to another site, it would help to just lift the plant and put it back in
the same spot, sort of distuurbing the ground around it. Now I always
thought the keyword there was the aggravation to the plant -- but maybe there
was some digging in the nitrogen?! I think this is a big joke! I've tried
it ---BUT a little TLC like more water, more fertilizer, is more
scientific, also talking to them with threats they'd better rebloom(!) or
else the dump heap, -- but maybe nitrogen goes in with all that on the side.
Can't seriously take the gaseous stuff doing that ! Rosalie nr
