I don't know if the Ft. Worth Iris Society still does this, but
keeping track was very easy when I was a member of that society.
They did two things.
1. The membership secretary called the roll and recorded
the names of those present.
2. The members had to sign personally the 'guest iris' book
at each meeting attended if he/she wanted to participate in
drawings sponsored by the FWIS. Only those who had attended
the required number of meetings and who personally signed the
book the required number of times were eligible.
