Hello Ann, long time no see!! Is winter hibernation over? <grin!>
Yes, I've heard of Redbud Lane quite a bit over the years, but for whatever
reason never sent off for their catalog until now. And I must say
everything I have heard was right. They have a great selection of irises.
For those folks that are interested in receiving a Redbud Lane catalog,
send $1 to:
Redbud Lane Iris Garden
2282 N. 350th Street
Kansas, IL 61933
For those folks that asked me offline about the Species listed, they list
38 beardless Spec & Spec-X irises including I. brevicaulis, I. fulva, I.
cristata, I. tectorum, I. missouriensis, I. lactea, I. graminea, I. setosa,
I. foetidissima, I. virginica, I. versicolor, I. pseudacorus, I. laevigata,
etc. The Spec-X list includes stuff from Tom Tamberg, Ben Hager, Tony
Huber, Lorena Reid, J. Ellis, and others.
This catalog is definitely a "must-have".
