Iris-talk is roughly 3 months shy of it 2d birthday and just today
passed the mark of 400 subscribers. Much of the success of this list
rests on the original iris-l and its policies. Tom T Little had the
vision and determination to get this all started and we all owe him
great thanks. We have been up and down around 398 for some time, but
recently passed the 400 landmark.
I think it is a result of the fact that this is generally a wonderful
list, full of questions, answers and surprises, welcoming of new iris
growers and interesting enough to hang onto the old pros.
You can learn a great deal by just reading what transpires here, but
trust me, it is much more fun to ask questions and see answers pop up
from all over the place.
