Hi Talkers,
I recently read in a magazine that someone strung up
pie pans to sticks and stuck them in the ground to
blow in the breeze. The article said it discouraged
deer. Has anyone tried this? I am thinking it might be
worth a try to discourage the cats in my neighborhood
rather than using mothballs.
