Greetings.
Hither and yon in Richmond, Virginia, where the camellias are in full bloom,
the redbuds are spendid, the dogwoods are approaching full color, and the
late narcissi are at peak, first bloom has been observed on I. germanica, and
I.pallida grown in southern and eastern exposures. Stalks are coming up on a
couple of other TBs here and there, but no bloom on irises at Chateau
Whitehall yet. I do have splendido pansies rollicking around, and wonderful
white bleeding hearts and epimediums blooming under the little ornamental
cherry tree.
