Buddy,
All you have to do is go to http://www.onelist.com/ and sign in. The
setting for iris-talk will appear as digest. Click on the black arrow on the
right side of the box to get Individual e-mails setting. Click "Save
Changes" below, then click on "Sign Out" and you will start getting messages
individually.
