Go to:
www.Onelist.com
and log in, using your e-mail address and password. This takes you to the
onelist centre, where you originally subscribed to iris-talk.
You will see a list of mailing lists that you are subscribed to, and on the
right hand side of the screen, there will be the option to receive in
digest, individual mails, or no-mail. Click on individual mail, and then
(this is the important bit!) go down to below this section and click on the
"Change" button. That will reset things.
