I am convinced that Best Bet is one of a number of iris (including
most Schreiner neglectas, unfortunately) that needs a good winter chilling
or freeze to trigger increase. So, in our climate, the universal result is
bloomout.
My Feature Attraction also faded out the first winter. Just never
"took".
