Remember that the exact color of the cream depends on the beta-carotene
content of the cow's diet [a la alfalfa].
Those of you who aren't that familiar with cattle & the Guernsey, Jersey,
Durham, Holstein debates -- the same principle applies to chickens & the
intensity of color in the egg yolks they produce.
