Juri,
I'm wondering, were the two clones, European and Russian, grown in Russia or
studied in their native environment in Shevchenko's test?

It may be strange but russian botanist Shevchenko from Stavropol, North
Caucasus reported that middle-european clones of Iris aphylla was more
deciduous there than native clones.
