Hi Donald

Normally the local meteorologists have in the past referred to it as
"frostpoint" here in Waco if it drops below 32 deg F. I'd say probably no
frost (unless it reaches 27) but would definitely hurt tender plants.

This last could be true here.  So is this likely to be the effective
damaging temp on plants?  A white frost can burn pretty badly even when the
temp stays above freezing.
