EW has done very well here but only after I figured out that it needs better
drainage and more early warmth than average.

In my garden, it is planted in a slightly elevated bed in full sun that gets
only the barest amount of compost every 3 years. Since it's planted with
other things that require a bit of water during our hot, dry summers, it
gets watered to the tune of about 1" every 3 weeks during July and August.

Bloom is great. Increase is good but average and there's been no hint of rot
since she's been in this location.
