Walta -- BH has all the qualities you mention, but is a "leaner" 
here.  I got two pods on it in 2000; one gave 55 seeds, of which none 
germinated; the other gave two seeds, of which one germinated.  Both 
were crosses with seedlings.  To be fair, I must say that I had 
generally lousy germination in 2000.  I'm looking to see what the 
sole survivor turns out to be this spring.
