We're all Morlocks. Just wait for everyone who doesn't see the ballot
to wade in.
I was quite happy to see Spirit World get the Wister, but I don't expect
it to go farther. Bigger (blooms) seems to be better in the TB voting.
I was quite happy to see Clarence get the Wister, but I think its
namesake would prefer to see Reminiscence (MTB '92) get the
Williamson-White.
I think Pele won't make it out of my garden. The only SDB I can't seem
to grow well.
I was quite happy to see Cranapple get the Knowlton, but I don't think
enough people saw it in Dallas to appreciate what a fabulous plant it is.
Bangles got 141 votes for its HM. Bangles got 235 votes for its AM.
Bangles got 235 votes for its Williamson-White. If we see a palindrome
here, then Bangles should get 141 votes for the Dykes. I like
palindromes myself.
I thought Fancy Woman bloomed out last year. One spike, one fan (it was
divided the previous fall). Come August, out pop three more fans. A
personal favourite. Don't tell Maureen.
To be honest, I don't pay so much attention to the Dykes right now.
After all, it's time for March Madness.
