Laetitia,
Sea Power was introduced in 1999, which means it was not eligible for an HM
(the first post-introduction award in the AIS system) until 2001, when it
was voted the HM with the fourth highest number of ballots of any
candidate. As there is a two-year hiatus between receiving the HM and being
eligible for the next level of AIS awards (AM) in order to allow further
evaluation of the candidates by the judges, Sea Power cannot achieve AM
status before 2003.
