Re: AIS:2002 Dykes, End of a Keppel Drought

Thanks, One of these days I will get all this straight. Who all
decides who gets an HM? Is there a candidate list, and who gets to
nominate? who gets to vote?
Is there a list somewhere of those who are eligiblel to get the Dykes
this year?
Thanks,
Laetitia
