Well despite what the Judges Handbook says, Keith Keppel clarifies for us:
> the parameters for awarding the Dykes Medals are set by the
> British Iris Society. One of the parameters is that the American Dykes
> Medal can be awarded ONLY to irises of North American (US, Canadian)
> origin.
> The statement in the Judges' Handbook is incorrect, and Roy has it on
> file to be corrected in the next update.
