Dutch Iris Info. wanted

Hi, folks..... In my capacity as HIPS Publications Sales Chairman, I have
received an inquiry from a gentleman regarding Dutch irises. He is
interested in information about them and especially, any iris society that
might deal with them. I understand that bulbous iris registrations are
handled by a European agency (name and location?) but that is about all I
know.
Any help from any of you that I could pass on would be greatly appreciated!
