Re: OT: Weather, Freeze

Hi all,
It froze pretty hard here. It was 20 last night and possibly in the single digits for tonight. It did get up to 65 yesterday so i could do some garden planning. It doesn't look like much was effected by the freeze last night as the ground was warm but tonight will probably be different. Then we are to have a warming trend again. I wish the weather man wouldn't change the weather forecast with every report. It makes it pretty hard to make plans even one day in advance.

Our weather man Rob Peppers is in the hospital with surgery and they have not discussed weather he will be back or not. He usually had a pretty good idea what might happen even if the indicators said otherwise and I really miss him. The young man taking his place will get the hang of it with time.

Wendy
