And, I see trumpet vine potted and for sale at Wal-Mart. I cannot
believe anybody would buy it. Across the road from me in the
woods is a gigantic vine of it climbing a tree people here call 'The
Devil's Backbone.' A double dose of undesirables! It is really a
nasty tree with massive thorns and hard wood like bois d'arc (horse
apples).
Donald, I still miss my favorite mesquite trees on the property I
sold in Texas. :(
