D = died
A = alive, but not too great
BU = better than average growth/vigor/health, but with undesirable bloom
(no bloom, rare bloom, stunted stalks, frozen out stalks, or heat
blasted buds)
BA = better than average

I grow several others of those on you request. The ones I marked are the 
results as of January of 2002. I had already assessed them. I believe your 
rating system could be improved. It often presents a dilemma. Sometimes, 
plants produce excellent stalks and flowers while having poor 
foldage/increase. The converse is also true. Essentially, foldage and related 
vigor require a separate rating from stalk and bloom ratings. Additionally, a 
quantitative rather than qualitative assessment would be of more benefit to 
me personally e.g. 1 to 10 rating on vigor allows me to make an objective 
decision between two irises I contemplate acquiring. Same for stalk and 
flower quality. Will respond to the remainder of your list as I observe them. 
If the cause of death is known, that too would be of benefit to me (rot ?).
