Kudos Betty! Collected several mother rhizomes from a friend who takes her
iris serious. The routinely take out the mother rhizome and discards. Being a
scavenger I collected 15 or 20, brought home and planted. Some died but far
more lived. I now have a nice collection coming on from the experiment. Hope
I can identify them when they bloom (I expect that to be 2 years ). According
to conventional wisdom they were supposed to die. So, why did I need the
names?
