Hi Robin,
My husband, Tony, and I will be going to the convention. We arrive on the
first day of the AIS Board meetings. We will spend the next day going to
various section meetings, etc. The real meeting begins on the third day with
section meetings for members and guests. This is a good place to meet others
with like interests. We would like to talk to you if you can catch us
between meetings. For sure, we will be at the Dwarf Iris Society and Median
Iris Society meetings. On the three days of bus tours you will get to know
the folks on your bus and, if they find out it is your first convention,
people will be happy to show you the ropes. Whether or not you hope to
become a judge, you will get a lot of good information by attending judges
training sessions. Everything is pretty casual except for the final evening
Awards Banquet.
