Memphis 2002

Over the last few weeks, I have been thinking that I really need to
make the trip to Memphis to attend the National Convention. My
problem is that I would probably be going down alone without knowing
anyone there. I'm also a little shy, and don't do really well at
just walking up to strangers and introducing myself. (You would
think that it might have occurred to me to join the local club and
get to know people, but I really dove head first into this venture
and haven't gotten around as much as I should have. Its also a long
way from NE to Memphis, so I don't know how many people would be
going.)
I would love to hear from any of you who are planning to attend. If
I can find a few new friends to tag along with a bit, I would feel
like the trip would be far more worthwhile. I have to make sure that
any time I take away from my kids is well spent.
