CULT: Reticulata as TB Bloom Season Predictor

Walter,

I had wondered the same thing, especially when it seemed like we were
having a real problem scheduling our show date to coincide with TB bloom
season (a necessity here if we are going to be able to mount a show). Based
on my records for about a decade, there is a slight positive association
between the bloom seasons of reticulatas and TBs, but it is so loose that
it it valueless for predictive purposes in any single year.

On average, if the reticulatas are late in blooming the TB season will be
somewhat later than usual, and vice versa. However, in any given year, if
reticulatas bloom late (for example), TB bloom may be early, normal, or
late.
