Re: OT-PLANTS: Spring ??? (was Spring!)

Ah,

I have got to take myself to a no-mail status until June 1st so
I can 'miss' the paeans to Spring that float on the iris-hort
list especially during the months of March and April. :-)

Then in May (when our snow is finally melting), folks console
each other over the end of iris bloom season. :-( In June and
July when we are finally having our fantastic iris bloom season,
folks are looking forward to rebloom!

That is ok...it is the price we gladly pay for living in the
most beautiful part of God's earth that I yet to see here or
abroad.

Happy in my little igloo where it was BELOW zero F ! this
morning but the sun is out and the temps are at their high at 10
F (-12 C). At least it is in double digits. A heat wave is
expected this week-end and it might even melt some of our snow.
;-)
