Yes, St Joseph's Memorial and Memorial Mission are the two in Ashville. Mom
spent one entire 3 months of summer there one year. I was out of school and
stayed up there that summer. She had aorta surgery and her kidneys were
clamped off so long that they never kicked back in and she was on dialysis
for about 12 years afterward before she passed away here at my home. That is
a wonderful hospital...so is St Joseph's and yes they are close together
there. Still praying for Neil and hoping his recovery will not be too slow a
process...I feel like a neighbor of his as I was born in a small town near
Ashville and all my mother's family are from there...
