I believe there are at least three: Zebra Blush (Kasperek), Quite the Same (Ensminger), and Chuck Chapman's Canadian Streaker. I refer you to the AIS Bulletin #316 ( Jan. 2000). Quite the Same and Canadian Streaker are pictured on pg. 38, and Zebra Blush is on the cover).
