TB: pregnant fans!?

It's too early even for SDBs here, but one of my 3 yr old TB seedlings
has several fans that "feel" pregnant at the base.

If it's been trying to bloom this early, no wonder it hasn't bloomed
before.  I assumed it was an early bloomer, but this is ridiculous.

Are there TB cultivars that bloom before the SDBs?

Or was this maybe a late attempt at rebloom last fall?  It's BEHOLD A
LADY X CELEBRATION SONG, neither is a rebloomer as far as I know.
