Christian,
First, the Pete McGrath seedling is one that Pete is not planning to
introduce. Sorry. Beautiful isn't it <G>
The iris photos list is a group on yahoo groups. Yahoo has its own
archives. In order to receive the photos as they are mailed out you would
need to join the group "iris photos" on Yahoo groups. We also have this
mail list archived at Mallorn. So you can view the archived photos from the
Yahoo groups archive or the Mallorn archives or you can join iris photos and
receive them as they are mailed out.

Subject: [iris] PHOTOS: several follow up questions after perusing archives.
Hi all you picture posters,
I have spent all morning looking at pictures from the last year in the
archives. I am not sure exactly whether the archives I was looking at are
Yahoo or Malhorn or both, or neither, because the page seems to be labeled
as Malhorn, but y'all keep refering to it as being accessable through Yahoo,
(which I have not found to be true)
Anyway, I've made some notes on things I want to follow up.
Randy Squires and a Sutton were discussing back and forth about a pink
Mesmerizer sdlg with a flounce that had 'thingies' inside. I want to add to
the chorus that that seedling is now on my must have list. Somebody let me
know when it is introduced please. I believe they were referring to it by
96-mpg-1.
It's Getting Better (L. Lauer 2001) and Space Pirate also get a nod, where
are they availiable?
There were a few flowers labeled as Chimera. And at first glance I was
assuming that they were all talking about the cultivar by that name, but
when I clicked on those photos they weren't a specific cultivar, but rather
a, ... well ....???
Lastly, another seedling, posted as one of a group of photos posted by
Martin Foley, under the heading Region 6 Spring Tour (02) and labeled
individually as W91- 335. It was a greyed-greenish-plicataish take on
Jammie Prints, but no reference was givin as to who hybridized it. Can
anyone help me narrow it down?
Dana Brown posted a pic of an AB seedling from Pete Mcgrath, dated May 2,
02. Any further info would be good.
And, Suttons had a pic of one they described as being 'skid marked'. Any
further info there?
Christian
