While the rain in this area drives me nuts, I don't miss the late frosts, 
frequent hail, and relentless wind of Idaho.  I don't remember ever having 
been totally skunked though.  I have been likened to a cow before, visiting 
other gardens during bloom season when my own are blooming.  It gives you 
opportunity to see other gardens elsewhere.
