Camera question

At yesterday's C&P Iris Society luncheon, Bill Poesch, one of our members who
is an artist (literally) with the camera and who has lectured on iris
photography, said he now has a Nikon Coolpix 5700 which he praises highly.  He
mentioned it while urging serious irisarians to make the transition to digital
cameras.  He say the 5700 was about $1,000.00 when he got it, but he thinks it
can now be purchased at around $600.  Steve, you might want to check out this
model to see if it has the improvements that you're looking for over the model
4300.  --  Griff
