Re: AIS: Show Insurance

Third time's the charm - this time, the operator was able to find the
certificate they sent us <last> year and gave me no problems - in other
words, the directions published in the bulletin worked the way they were
supposed to.

Hopefully, I've educated a few more of their phone answerers and the
rest of you won't have any trouble.

If I'd had my grumpy hat on the first time, I would have suggested that
they work for me, not the other way around, and the operator better go
find somebody to help  figure out how to get me what I needed.  growf...
