Re: AIS: show insurance

I had the bright idea to call again before I heard back from folks to
see if a different operator might be able to do this.

Grrr... I called again, got a different operator, she gave me Michelle's
address and told me Michelle is the only person who can call and get
certificates.

I will try one more time, this time ask for a supervisor....
