I didn't see the original post as it must have been on iris-photos, so I'm not
sure I understood why these comments came about. Bill, I can only surmise that
you were trying to say that the Internet has provided the world with new
opportunities to share and distribute photos, descriptions, and advice about
iris, new and old, and I agree with you there. You may be interested in the
Iris Forum on Gardenweb.com, as it has grown over this last year to become
very active, on beginning to advanced topics. Gardenweb also has an image
(photo) gallery and it's really easy to participate in either or both. And
there are some other sites with growing iris photo galleries. And so perhaps
you were trying to say it's not requiring anybody's policies for the rapid
growth we're seeing on the web. And that's what enjoying iris should be about,
fun and sharing.
