I'm bad about seedling numbers too - seedling CF1-47 is the black
seedling in row CF1, 47th plant from the end of the row <g>.  Usually I
use initials of the parents in first generation crosses, but they still
wind up being row position numbers.  So I have DCGI 13, DCGI 14, and
DCGI 15, but there have never been more than 4 seedlings from that
cross.  And they are no longer in the row where they got numbered.

Then there is 'my org', of which there are actually three, but only one
of them is called 'my org'.
