RE: [iris} Judging


The training/traveling is even more extreme in my region (region 16). It includes all of Canada. To go from one end to the other is longer then distance between New York city and Los Angeles. About 6 days of traveling. Unfortunatly most of iris activity (shows and training) occurs in southern Ontario. Thanks to Sandy Ives we have been able to get good training for aprentice and student judges. Even one from Manitoba who flew in for training. 

Having  10hrs of driving between one end of your region and the otherwould be nice. A doifferent perspective here
