I. wattii

I received this plant two years ago and I kept it inside during the winter,
moved it out during the summer and it was doing great. Spread well and
filled up the large clay pot it was in very nicely. However, this winter it
has slowly rotted. I still have plenty of fans, but I've lost more than half
and continue to lose them, one by one. We keep the plant damp, in the sun
(in our house) and fertilize it in the spring. Any thoughts on what to do?
