Linda,
	Look for a wick applicator.  There are several brands.  They are
basically a piece of pvc pipe with a cap the screws on and off.  The other
end is shaped like a tee with a piece of cotton wick (looks like rope)
making a loop from the ends of the tee.  You fill the pvc with the round up
mix, it soaks into the cotton wick and you wipe that on the weeds.  Wind is
no problem for this applicator.
