I've been looking over the Exhibition Certificates for 2004.   (Begins on 
page 78 in the January 2005 Bulletin. )  This is just a  reminder that judges can 
award additional EC's beyond just the best seedling  of the show.  Look for 
the green forms on the table by the  seedlings!  ;-)  

 
In addition to shows you do visit gardens?  Hybridizer's  gardens?  <vbg>  

 
The Highly Commended Award (HC) is given in the garden!  When you  visit 
gardens, please take a notebook or a copy of the official  awards ballot.  
Otherwise, It is unlikely you will remember  the numbers on a seedling long enough to 
record them on your ballot.
