I guess I haven't been equating speed of growth or health with
"strength", but will try to remember what you mean by it.

Would not necessarily equate 'large' foliage with good health, ability
to tolerate drought and late freezes.  I guess I pay more attention to
large root systems capable of fast growth than on large foliage.

<My definition of strength seems to be large, healthy foliage and how
well
                   they grow. What does strength mean to you? Betty W.
