It's hard to tell. Supposed to be breaking the high temperature record for this date set in 1929 (88oF?), but I don't think we did. Very strange to be so hot with no leaf buds out on any of the trees yet. Redbud in bloom here, crocuses finished, last of the early bulbous irises being fried on the stalk, no SDBs showing conspicuous stalks yet, tho I can feel some.
Way below normal rainfall, nearly 2 months worth, I think. Usually Mar is the wettest month of the year.
Winter germinated seedlings are outdoors in their pots, growing like mad. At this rate, will be plenty big enough to plant before TBs bloom.
