rodney - since i am on the northwest side of a high ridge (called High
Ridge!), there is very little morning sun from the southeast, but that is the
side of the house where i plan to start these seeds.  i am more likely to
maybe water them if we hit a spring dry spell (close to the garden hose) and
they will be protected from the prevailing west wind.  

is that +15o F?  i thought it got colder than that in north texas!  no
problem here having soil temperatures below 70oF - our soils won't get that
warm until late may or june, although in a washtub, it will warm up sooner.

where did the seeds come from that you kindly sent - are those one year old
seedlings the only pacifics that you have?
