Jay, I don't mean to be mean, but it would seem to me that this "new use for
irises" might have limited utility.  I seriously doubt that the water helps
with healing, but the exposure to the flowers when collecting it would
certainly be a pleasant experience.  And it does seem fairly harmless, unless
the rainwater is severely acidic.  Sometimes here in Fairfax County,
Virginia, the rainwater is so acidic it burns little holes in the iris
